Reconstitution
|
We recommend that this vial be briefly centrifuged prior to opening to bring the contents to the bottom. Reconstitute in sterile distilled water or aqueous buffer containing 0.1% BSA to a concentration of 0.1-1.0mg/ml. Stock solutions should be apportioned into working aliquots and stored at ≤-20℃. Further dilutions should be made in appropriate buffered solutions.

Background
|
Chemokine (C-C motif) ligand 5 (CCL5) also known as RANTES is classified as a chemotactic cytokine or chemokine. It is encoded by the CCL5 gene in humans. CCL5 is chemotactic for T cells, eosinophils, and basophils, and plays an active role in recruiting leukocytes into inflammatory sites which has been reported to be produced by renal tubular epithelium, synovial fibroblasts and selected tumor cells. In addition, it also induces the proliferation and activation of certain natural-killer cells to form CHAK cells. Recombinant murine CCL5, a single non-glycosylated polypeptide, contains 68 amino acids and it shares 84% and 100%a.a. sequence identity with human and rat CCL5.

保存條件:
-20℃或更低溫度保存，至少一年有效。由于蛋白的每次凍融均會引起部分失活，所以首次配制成相應(yīng)濃度的儲存液后(請根據(jù)產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液)，須分裝后-20℃或更低溫度凍存，以避免反復(fù)凍融。
注意事項:
由于有些塑料管壁對某些蛋白有較強的吸附作用，溶液中的蛋白很容易粘附在管壁上，并且粘附后的蛋白很難與管壁分離。而載體蛋白(Carrier protein，如0.1% BSA等)的主要作用是預(yù)先封閉塑料管壁上的蛋白結(jié)合位點，使細(xì)胞因子或重組蛋白不會粘附于管壁。所以一定要使用產(chǎn)品簡介中Reconstitution一欄的信息配制儲存液。
